Gavin Grant , who has been on the transfer list since the beginning of the season , has joined Easthouse’s Lily . We wish him all the best for the future and thank him for his service to the club in his stay here .

With Christmas almost over , we hope you had a good time no matter what you have done to  celebrate today . We now turn our thoughts to the Scottish Cup first round at Nairn which all looks good to go after message from the north this evening . The players are focused and determined to get through this tie after curtailing their celebrations today  in preparation . We hope their celebrations are only delayed 24 hours . The game will be streamed by a company for Nairn County as per SFA rules it has to be by pay per vue  the link is on our Twitter page and Nairn County’s . With Musselburgh Athletic scheduled to play Wick on Saturday 19th our Premier league match at Olive bank is postponed . We will now concentrate on the Scottish Cup First Round ourselves with a training session on Saturday and another on Wednesday before we travel to Nairn County on Boxing Day for a 3pm kick off . We had hoped to change the date of this tie by 24 hours but player availability was an issue for the opponents .  If the game is postponed next Saturday we are scheduled to travel on the Wednesday the 30th December to play the tie with a 7.30pm kick off . All being well and one of these dates is successful we were due to play Linlithgow Rose at Prestonfield Linlithgow on Saturday the 2nd of January 2021 .This has been moved back 24 hours and will now be played on Sunday the 3rd of January with a 2-30pm kick off .  Incidentally Musselburgh Athletic are now due to play Wick at Wick on Monday after their match was postponed for the third time .

Tuesday nights Scottish cup tie , Wick v Musselburgh has been postponed and will now be scheduled for this Saturday the 19th of December  meaning our game in the league will be postponed . We will endeavour to arrange a friendly as the game after this is the Scottish cup tie at Nairn .

Another long trip in the Scottish Cup First round drawn away to Nairn County Football Club . This tie is scheduled for Saturday 26th of December (boxing day) . Another long haul but would not have it any other way than being in this cup .

Here we go hopefully the beginning of another memorable Scottish cup run . With all that is happened since the St Mirren game it seems like a life time away but hopefully today see’s the start of more wonderful memories for the club and , although for now , absent supporter’s to take forward . At the end of the match I was speechless up 4-1 and in control saved a penalty and still Crossgates go home with all three points .Very disappointing ,everybody is . With the Scottish Cup campaign kicking off next Saturday it could not come at a better time for lifting the players after a result like that . Full credit to Crossgates who punished us but we need to get on a run of results and get our confidence back and what a better way to start with next week’s cup tie .

With the weather being horrendous over the past 48 hours it is no surprise that games are being postponed and only nine games at this time remain including the game at the Albyn park . This game will be streamed live on our you tube channel so stay in doors and sit back and enjoy the action .            Scott Richards has left the club at his own request as he endeavours to get more game time . We wish Scott all the best for the future and thank him for his efforts while at the club .

Was a disappointing night drawing at rain soaked Saughton enclosure .With heavy going and torrential rain it was a credit to both sides to play through tough conditions . Having gone 1-0 down which was the score at the break . We came out the second half and raced to a 3-1 lead only to lose two goals in the last five minutes to share the spoils . Crossgates at home on Saturday and we will endeavour to bag the three points . Check social media for streaming details .
