The Broxburn Athletic Under 20’s played their second development league match at the Albyn Park last Friday and were unfortunate to be on the end of a narrow 3-2 defeat to East Fife  . Caelan Arthurs  scoring both goals on 36 m and 90+3 m for the young Burn , with East Fife scoring through Robbie Anderson on 44m and 79m with Kebba Bah opening the scoring on 32m  , Once again chances were created but not taken but over all a side beginning to gel together as a team and lots of positive’s to take away from this match . Next Friday the 21st of August we travel to the border’s for a game at Netherdale to play Gala Fairydean Rovers Under 20’s with a 8-00pm kick off  . We appreciate all the spectators for turning out to support the boy’s . All the development team’s home games will be £2 admission to help cover costs of officials and pitch hire . All donations and support are much welcomed and appreciated thank you .

Broxburn Athletic under 20’s got of to a good start last Friday when drawing 1-1 at Tranent . The boys played well and were unlucky to only come home with one point.  The  20’s play on a Friday night and are at home this Friday to East Fife with a kickoff 8pm . The rest of August is as follows

Saturdays pre season warm up match was a good work out for all the players available . With a handful of players still missing the game was played at a good tempo with both sides playing their first match . Lots of positives to be taken from the game as we prepare for a exciting season ahead . The only goal of the game came in the 63rd minute from Gallagher Lennon and he took it well . Our next match is on the 2nd of July( Thursday evening) away to Newtongrange Star  with a 7.45pm kick off .
