Sunday’s key draw was won by Joe Reynolds c/o The Greentree who won £50 but failed to open the jackpot box .Next week’s draw on Sunday the 9th of April will have a Jackpot of £900 with 9 keys left to open the jackpot box .
Broughty Athletic
Tough game as expected but came through it and progress to quarter final . From the opener to the winner we displayed a resilience that is running through the whole team just now .Nicholas Locke opened with a screamer but we let Broughty back in it with a goal before half time through McConnachie . Ross Nimmo restored our lead in the second half from a disputed penalty but as the photo shows below stonewaller given by the assistant who had best view of incident .Broughty got back on level terms with a fine strike by Jamie Winter only for Kieron Anderson to seal the win with a sublime goal after good forward passing set him free on goals . Good win looking for more of the same next week at home to Linlithgow Rose (hospitality available for this match please contact committee asap )

Another three points away from home coming from behind showed the great spirit at the club just now .With Michael Linton away on holiday and Darren Gribben calling off due to illness it was great performance to turn the game round the second half .A early goal from Musselburgh’s Declan O’Kane was cancelled out by two early second half goals from Alexander Miller and another stunning free kick from Kieron Anderson sealed the points for “THE BURN ”
