NEW ASSISTANT FOR MAX

Max Christie has appointed former Broxburn Athletic player Brian McNaughton as his assistant .Brian was recently at Dalkeith Thistle and Arniston Rangers and will bring a wealth of local knowledge to the club .

Carnoustie Panmure win protest

Carnoustie Panmure were awarded the quarter final tie against us after protesting that we played a player who had played for another club in the competition in the early rounds after an anonymous telephone call tipping them off of the mistake   .

KELTY HEARTS ARE CHAMPIONS

Kelty Hearts won the McBookie Superleague even without playing tonight as Boness United went down 1-0 away to Hill of Beath making them uncatchable with one away game to Lochee Utd on Saturday to come .Congratulations to them after leading the table for the season . Linlithgow fell out the race on Monday drawing 2-2 at Fauldhouse but also lost 3-0 at home to Bonnyrigg Rose tonight .

TEN MAN CAMELON WIN IN FINAL BROXBURN LEAGUE MATCH

Camelon won 3-1 despite being down to ten men in what is Broxburn Atletic’s last league match of the season at Carmuirs park .Camelon took the lead but John Miller equalised . Camelon were reduced to ten men but went on to win 3-1 .(full report in results coming soon)
