Broxburn lost 3-1 at home to Wittletts Victoria from the Ayrshire district league .The visitors deserved to be two ahead at the break and a bit of an improvement in the second half was not enough to get a result as the visitors not only held on but could have scored more than their solitary second half effort as “THE BURN ” pressed to get back in the game .

The top two in the Premier league are Lochee Utd and Jeanfield who had wins 2-1 against Bathgate and 2-1 against Haddington respectively .In the south league Tranent and Blackburn ,after drawing 1-1 with each other ,have a four point advantage over Whitburn in third on fifteen points .
