CHANGE OF VENUE FOR BONESS UNITED FRIENDLY

We have had to switch the friendly due to be played at Newtown Park in Boness to the Albyn Park on Saturday the 16th of July with a 2pm kick off .

ANOTHER ARRIVAL AT THE ALBYN

We are delighted to welcome to Broxburn Athletic Errol Douglas . The former LothianthistleHV  forward will be a huge asset to the club . Errol has had spells with Kelty Hearts , Newtongrange Star and Spartans . we look forward to him providing a good goal return as we strengthen in all departments .

KEYDRAW PARTICIPATION

Our weekly keydraw is another main funding for the club and is as easy as abc to get involved . All you do is set up a direct debit through Mike Dunn  who will give you a reference form and the money comes out on a monthly basis giving you 3 chances every week for £10 per month . There is a guaranteed £50 prize every week (Sunday’s live on Facebook page at 5pm ) with the jackpot starting at £300 with 21 keys to pick from and every week it is not won the jackpot goes up £50 and the keys to pick from go down by 1 key every week until the jackpot is won , then we start all over again . Currently the jackpot sits at £750 with 12 keys left to pick from to open the jackpot box . Johnny Hughes also sells weekly tickets throughout the town at the weekend

FRIENDS OF BROXBURN ATHLETIC

One of our main incomes on a regular basis is through our Friends Of Broxburn Athletic account where supporter’s contribute a regular sum every month into a fund for transfers and signing fees . This income has been very valuable to the club with a significant amount of funds being raised . You can get details from committee on how to join the list of Friends who arrange a direct debit payable to the club every month . LIAM GRAY SIGNS PERMANENTLY

Liam Gray will join the club for season 2022/2023 permamently after his short loan spell at the club was cut short by Gala Fairydean’s injury crisis at the turn of the year . Liam will be a valuable asset to the club and we wish him well for the season to come .

ANOTHER NEW ARRIVAL

Another new arrival at the Albyn Park is Mark McConnell who has joined us after captaining Civil Service Strollers last season . The midfielder has had spells with Edinburgh City and Bonnyrigg Rose . We wish Mark well at the Brox .

EAST OF SCOTLAND QUALIFYING CUP DRAW

We have been given a bye in the first round of the Qualifying cup and a home tie in the second round against Kirkcaldy and Dysart football club . dates to be announced

KEYDRAW RESULT

This week’s keydraw was won by George Simpson from Broxburn who collects £50 as Frank Greenan who helped with the draw failed to pick the correct key to open the jackpot box . Next week’s draw will be on Sunday the 19th of June and will have a jackpot of £750 and 12 keys to pick from . We thank Frank for his time
