NEWS AND RESULTS FROM THE EAST REGION SAT 30TH JANUARY 2016

The only game to beat the weather and involved East Region sides was in Ayrshire where Irvine Meadow were host to Linlithgow Rose in the ETHX Energy Scottish junior cup fourth round replay  . A Graham Weir goal and a Tommy Coyne tap in near the end secured Linlithgow a trip back to Ayrshire to face Killwinning Rangers in the fifth round  . Both Camelon and Glenrothes actions to get their games played at other all weather grounds were thwarted when the snow fell like ourselves found that Blackburn United could not host the Camelon Dundee North End cup tie and tomorrow Glenrothes have scrubbed plans to play at Kelty Hearts ground for the same reason with their match being rescheduled for next Sunday(7/02/2016) with a 2pm kick off .
