BROXBURN ATH V INVERKEITHING HILLFIELD SWIFTS

A five goal first half goal rush set the game up for more in the second half ,but it was not to be as we saw out the game that was over in the first 45 minutes  .We did create some chances but the second half they just didn’t want to find the back of the net . Good goals from Scott Richards (2) Craig Scott (2) and Greg Binnie kept us top of the league and unbeaten this season  Heriot Watt University come to town on Saturday the 6th of October at 2-30pm kick off in the league and promises to be a good game . DUNIPACE V BROXBURN ATH

A comfortable passage into the semi final of the Alex Jack Cup semi final where we will be at home to Camelon  on Saturday the 20th of October meaning our scheduled match away to St Andrews will be rearranged for another date if schedules are to be followed .An early own goal and a double from Miller sent us in at half time 3-0 up with a stunning Nicholas Locke free kick just before the hour mark  and Dunipace getting nothing more than a consolation with ten minutes left was a good return for the effort  with illness and injury reducing the squad today considerably   Also today Dunbar United beat Easthouses in the Central Taxi’s East of Scotland League cup 6-5 giving us a trip to Dunbar to look forward to .Being in all the cups will be a headache for the fixture secretary.
