BROXBURN ATH V ST ANDREWS
All ways going to be tough these fixtures as we are there to be knocked down. We were comfortably well ahead in the first half . The penalty save in the first knockings of the second half gave St Andrews a lift all though they rarely threatened. Two goals from Ross Nimmo and Christopher Townsley in the first half proved crucial as an own goal from Shaun Harrison gave the visitors a life line but we kept calm and seen the game out for three important points . Their goalkeeper had an inspirational afternoon with a few superb saves never mind the excellent penalty save and on an other day the win could have been more comfortable.

BROXBURN ATHLETIC V JEANFIELD SWIFTS
What a result against one of our rivals for the Conference “C” division title and a big step to our destiny. Two first half goals from Alexander Miller and Cameron Ross with a counter for Jeanfield Swifts from Rhys Davies gave us the slight edge on the first half . Jeanfield got on level terms within a minute of the restart .To set up an edgy second half but a goal from Cameron Ross with four minutes sealed the win and the valuable three points .With Linlithgow Rose dropping points at home in a 3-3 draw with bottom club Ormiston it leaves our fortune in our own hands . As long as the players keep their feet on the ground and continue to play the way they have been doing with great determination we wont be far away at the end of the season . The player’s will note the result at Prestonfield and not take anything for granted as it could come back to bite them .Keep up the good work boy’s . (full report on website under matches )

INVERKEITHING HILLFIELD SWIFTS V BROXBURN ATHLETIC
As we thought this game was tough with the home side felling disappointed they lost by a 4-1 score line .It was an uncomfortable afternoon with the conditions playing a big factor with strong winds blowing all day . Two first half goals from Scott and Nimmo set us up .But Inverkeithing got a goal back on the hour mark through a cracking free kick from Francis . It took a penalty from Cameron Ross with two minutes remaining to relieve the pressure and an injury time Greg Binnie counter made the score respectable if not flattering . Full report on the website under matches . I will take results like this until the end of the season if it means bringing silverware to the club and in the end that is our target .
INVERKEITHING HILLFIELD SWIFTS V BROXBURN ATHLETIC
