Last Saturday we had our presentation of the player of the year awards and top goal scorer . Alexander Miller was the top goal scorer one more than Kieran Anderson  ,congratulations to Alexander on this achievement and Kieran who contributed so much with assists that were most important also when goals were coming our way . On to the Player’s Player of the year and overwhelmingly this went to Michael Linton. The player of the year was also unanimous  and for the second time during the night Michael Linton received the accolade after having such a fine season for the club . Well done to our winners but just remember you are a team and i for one think you are all winners keep up the good work and we will be there or there about next season .Thanks to all the players and staff for their efforts through out the season it is much appreciated by committee and supporter’s alike .

After today’s game the bar will remain open up stairs in the room for all as the players will have a lunch and watch the games on the big screen .Prior to the Champions league final we will have the presentation of the Players Player of the year ,The player of the year and top goal scorer awards . al supporter’s and friends are most welcome and the bar will be open throughout the champions league final .

Our last two fixtures have now been issued with next Wednesday  the 23rd of May ,we are at home to Lochee United with a scheduled 7-15pm kick off this may change after consulting our opponents . Then on Saturday we finish the season at home to Dundonald Bluebell with a 2-30pm kick off on the 26th of May .

On Friday morning ,along with other small business’s in the town we were broken in to and the thieves stole the safe and laptops that are vital to the running of the club .We hope these blemishes on society get caught quickly . already on social media small fragments of information is coming through and we urge anyone with anything that they may think is relevant no matter how insignificant to get in touch with the police as soon as possible .We would like to thank the support we have had from the community far and wide expressing their disgust at this incident .It has been very overwhelming  The club is still open for business and will grow stronger ,it was business as usual as kids from all over the county descended on the park last night for the soccer fours .The volunteers at the club work too hard to provide a base for the kids in our community with programmes also for adults to let this hamper our goals  .It is and all ways will be a community club with the community beating its heart .

It is with sadness that the club announce the passing of a good friend and former President of the club  ,James Hughes. James served on the committee for many years and done a lot of unseen work for the club .He was still actively supporting us and indeed was at the game last week at Kennoway and was in fine fettle .James will be sadly missed by all and our thoughts go out to his family and friends at this sad time . R.I.P. James

With only two home games left after Saturday’s match at Camelon the fixtures out for next week starting the 14th of may indicate that we will have no game that week including the Saturday the 19th .Fixtures remaining Home McBookie Superleague Lochee Utd and Home McBookie Superleague  Dundonald Bluebell .
