MATCH UPDATE

Tomorrow’s match away to Inverkeithing Hillfield Swifts will have a 10am inspection . It is currently 50/50 according to the hosts and will be dependant on over night temperatures . We will inform all as soon as the decision comes through on our social media pages .

FOODBANK DONATIONS

Broxburn United sports club community have made the facility available for donations to the  West Lothian Foodbank . Along with our partners we feel at this time of year it is important to make sure the community is not left wanting for anything and we are glad to do our small part in the process to make sure that the people who need will be looked after . Mid Day on Saturday is the closing time for donations . Excite sports centre just down the road will take donations from 11am to 3pm Saturday

We continue to thank everybody who has sponsored the squad this season with three kits it has been overwhelming the take up on this form of sponsorship . The next on the list are Graeme Alexander who sponsors two kits and Joe Chapman who sponsors the third kit of Josh Jeffries , we thank you for this continued support .

  Ross Nimmo has his three kits sponsored by Willie Cormack who is also a committee member we thank Willie for this input to one of the longest serving players who has been at Broxburn through the Colts and the seniors for ten seasons

HOSPITALITY SELL OUT

Hospitality packages have now sold out for the home match on Hogmanay against Linlithgow Rose in the East Premier league with the game kicking off at 1pm . We thank everybody who continue to take up on this excellent way of supporting the club and enjoying the experience . Lets hope the weather breaks and we can get some football played that day .

FIXTURE WATCH

With the severe cold weather continuing games at the weekend will be under threat as the frost bites , that does include all artificial surfaces . Inverkeithing will keep us updated on the condition of their playing surface and we will post on our social media pages as the game day approaches .

 

KEYDRAW RESULT

This week’s winner of the keydraw was Leaonna Campbell c/o The Buchan Park who won £50 As Lauren who helped with the draw failed to pick the correct key to open the jackpot box . Next week’s draw will have a jackpot of £900 with 9 keys left to pick from  . The next draw will be on Tuesday the 20th of December at 7-30pm live on our facebook page .We thank Lauren for her help with the draw .

MATCH OFF

Today’s match at home to LothianthistleHV has been postponed due to snow on the park . Match day hospitality that has been booked will still go ahead with the bar open from noon until approximately 4pm .

KEYDRAW RESULT

This week’s Keydraw was won by George Sives who collected £50 as John O’Donnell who helped with the draw failed to pick the correct key to open the jackpot box . Next week’s jackpot will be £850 with ten keys left to pick from to open the jackpot box .  The next draw will be on Tuesday the 13th of December at 7.30pm live on our Facebook page . We thank John for his time helping with the draw .

PLAYER UPDATES

With the squad at bursting point players coming back from injury we have loaned out a couple of the squad to clubs . Aaron Hamilton has been loaned out to Edinburgh South and will be scheduled to come back mid December . David Churchill has been loaned out to Lowland league side Civil Service Strollers and this is scheduled until the first week in 2003. This gives the players much needed game time going forward .
