Tranent are in all Maroon. Broxburn Athletic are in their changed kits. Gold and black strips, black shorts and black and gold socks. Broxburn Athletic make two changes to the side that defeated East Stirlingshire 4-2 last Saturday. In comes Ewan MacPherson and Bob Watt for Errol Douglas and Evan Myles. There are places on the bench for recent signings, Alisdair Shrive & on loan Alloa Forward Luke Watkins. Tranent make two changes to the team that defeated Bonnyrigg Rose last Saturday. In comes Connor Doan and Robbie McIntyre who replace Dean Brett and Euan Greig.

Broxburn create the first real chance of the match on fourteen minutes. Scott McRory-Irving feeds in Chris O’ Kane who drags his shot narrowly wide of the left-hand post.

On eighteen minutes, a free kick by Tranent’s Scott Gray is saved by Broxburn keeper Bob Watt.

GOAL! Tranent take the lead! A cross from a corner on the left by Broque Waston is pushed clear by Broxburn keeper Bob Watt, only as far as Sam Jones whose header into the area falls for Nick Aitchison who scores low into the right corner.
