In the Stirlingshire derby at Ochilview Park, University of Stirling defeated East Stirlingshire 3-2. Ben Heal gave Uni the lead on thirteen minutes. Alex Walker equalised for Shire on twenty-one minutes. But it was Uni who went in at half time 3-1 up from a Dylan Brown double. Player/Manager Callum Tapping scored a consolation goal for the hosts on seventy-one minutes.

East Stirlingshire took the lead on forty-three minutes.  A corner by Ben Lamont is headed down by Ynyr Liddell in the path of Lucas McRoberts whose strike finds the bottom right corner.

Broxburn drew level on fifty-one minutes.  Scott McRory Irving’s long ball finds Chris O’ Kane who chests down to the feet of Errol Douglas. The Broxburn hitman makes no mistake and finds the right corner with a great volley.  Broxburn took the lead three minutes later. Chris O’ Kane takes a quick throw in on the right finding Jamie Docherty who takes two fantastic touches to take the ball away from the pressing East Stirling defenders. His cross finds Errol Douglas who heads home from close range. East Stirlingshire have a leveller on sixty-six minutes.  A Stephen O’ Neil’s cross from the left find’s ex Broxburn midfielder Adam McDonald who scores with a close-range header. Broxburn regain the lead. Scott McRory Irving’s deep cross from the right is headed across goal by Chris O’ Kane and scored from close range by Errol Douglas for his Hattrick. Douglas added his fourth and Broxburn’s fourth on seventy-six minutes. Robbie McGale gets down the right flank, and his cross is poked home by Errol Douglas.
