Club captain Shaun Harrison has signed back on fro next season and we are delighted to have his services again . Shaun was the target of big money offers but showed leadership by staying at the BROX . Shaun has made 65 starts for the club plus 5 from the bench contributing 5 goals in his spell so far .

ROSS NIMMO EXTENSION
With the business end of the season creeping in we have taken rebuilding for next season and started getting the players who’s contracts are out at end of this season back on board and make a commitment to the club .
Ross Nimmo has once more signed back on and will enter his 10th season at the club since he first joined Broxburn Athletic colts . We will be organising an event to celebrate this milestone and will announce arrangements soon .
MICHAEL BEAGLEY SCOTLAND CAP
Congratulations to the Scotland squad who won 3-2 against Northern Ireland in Renfrew last night in the first game of the Inspiresport Centenary Shield . Michael Beagley came on the second half and done himself ,his family and the town proud , well done Michael .

This week’s Key draw was won by Alan Muir c/o The Buchan Arms .Alan collects £50 as Andrew Macpherson who helped with the draw failed to pick the correct key to open the jackpot box . The league cup fixtures have been scheduled in for March and are as Follows Saturday 5th March NO GAME :: Saturday 12th of March home to Craigroyston ;;; Saturday 19th March away to Coldstream ;;; Saturday 26th March home to Fauldhouse United ;;; Saturday 2nd of April away to Leith Athletic ;; The round of sixteen is scheduled for Saturday the 30th off April and will be drawn after all sections are finished .

LEAGUE CUP DRAW
The East of Scotland league cup was drawn tonight and we have been drawn along side Leith Athletic , Coldstream , Craigroyston and Fauldhouse United . A draw then took place to see what home and away matches in each group would be and the following is the result . Broxburn Ath v Craigroyston ; Broxburn Ath v Fauldhouse United ; Leith Athletic v Broxburn Athletic ; Coldstream v Broxburn Athletic . These games will be played in March and with no teams in our section involved in any other cup tie apart from King cup (not Scheduled) all these games should be on Saturday’s .Confirmation of dates to be announced for these fixtures will be next week .
HOSPITALITY SOLD OUT
Our remaining four league matches have sold out of hospitality packages . This is a fantastic up take and we thank all of you for supporting the club in this way . There will possibly be two home games in March when the league cup will be played and details will be published later this week of availability of any packages on offer . May I add these packages would not be able to take place without the hard work of the lady volunteers at the club and we appreciate your efforts on match days (and Johnny the barman) .
